Information We Collect We collect only the information required to provide our services. a) Personal Information When you use the App, we may collect: Name Mobile number Delivery address or delivery location Order details and order history Providing this information is voluntary, but certain features may not work without it. b) Profile Image (Gallery Access) If you choose to upload or change your profile image, the App may request permission to access your device’s media gallery. K-Cart accesses only the image you select. We do not access, scan, or collect other photos or media from your device. You can remove or change your profile image at any time. c) Location Information We may collect location information to: Check service availability Deliver orders accurately Location access: Is requested only with your permission Can be disabled from your device settings May affect delivery-related features if disabled d) Transaction Information If you place an order through the App, we collect: Order status Order history Payment status Delivery status e) SMS Communication K-Cart may send SMS messages to your registered mobile number for: Account verification (OTP) Order confirmations Delivery updates and service-related notifications K-Cart does not read, access, or store SMS messages from your device. We do not request permission to read your SMS. f) What We Do NOT Collect K-Cart does not collect: Aadhaar, PAN, or other government IDs Health or medical information Biometric data Contacts Call logs SMS content Personal files beyond the selected profile image 2. How We Use Your Information We use your information to: Create and manage your account Process and deliver orders Send OTPs and order-related notifications Provide customer support Improve app functionality and user experience Comply with applicable laws and regulations 3. Payments Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. K-Cart does not store your card, UPI, or bank details. Payment providers handle payment data according to their own privacy policies. 4. Sharing of Information We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited information only with: Delivery personnel (for order fulfillment) Payment service providers (for payment processing) Legal or government authorities when required by law All such parties are expected to protect your information. 5.
